Undegraduate admissions

To be considered for admission as a freshman, you must meet the following requirements:

  1. A candidate must have at least two principal passes at A level (Senior Six) or its equivalence in one sitting
  2. Should demonstrate at least a Basic Level of Proficiency in English.
  3. If a candidate holds a foreign Senior Six certificate, they must present an equivalence certificate awarded by the Rwanda Education Board to gain entry.
  4. Notarised copy of Senior Six certificate
  5. Equivalence Certificate for foreign qualifications (foreign students)
  6. Passport size photographs (2)
  7. A copy of National I.D. or passport
  8. A copy of student’s/parents’ medical insurance
  9. Transcript from previous institution (transfer students)
  10. Copy of medical insurance (international students)

graduate admissions

Specific Entry Requirements for Graduate Programmes

  1. Notarised copy of undergraduate certificate and transcripts
  2. Equivalence Certificate for foreign qualifications (foreign students)
  3. Copy of National Identity card or passport
  4. Two (2) Passport size photographs
  5. Transcript from the previous institution (transfer students)
  6. Must have a second-class degree or higher; however, students with a pass or third-class must have at least five (5) years of work experience in the relevant field and should submit a certificate of service from their employer.
  7. Should demonstrate at least a Basic Level of Proficiency in English
  8. Copy of Medical Insurance
